What if I only need one detailed report?
Choose the $79 One-Deal Report. It includes every report section for one saved deal, PDF export, and one update after new seller information. No subscription.
Do my limits reset every month?
Active Buyer and Buyer Research reset each billing period. Free First Look is one lifetime Deal Snapshot. The $79 report is for one saved deal and does not reset.
What counts as a report update?
An update rechecks a saved report after you add a seller answer or record. It does not create a new deal. The $79 report includes one update; monthly reports keep the per-report limit shown above.
How long does a report take?
Timing depends on file size and source availability. Progress stays in your workspace, so you can leave while it runs.
Can I cancel a monthly plan?
Yes. Cancellation stops renewal. Paid access continues through the current billing period; afterward, paid sections and new exports require a paid plan.
If a paid report is not delivered. BuyerNotes first retries or replaces a paid report at no additional charge when it fails to generate, fails its automatic publication checks, cannot be opened in your account, or omits a section included in the option you purchased. If BuyerNotes still cannot deliver a usable report, BuyerNotes provides a full refund. A completed report may still identify missing seller evidence; surfacing those gaps is part of the report.
